Saratoga Gem

This lovely apartment is on the second floor of an 1873 Victorian mansion on the North side of town. Very conveniently located about halfway between downtown and Skidmore College. This clean, quiet, owner-occupied house has 2 other apartments. The classic Saratoga front porch, sunny patio in back, and small yard are shared with the host. Kitchen has a small cafe table, dishes/utensils, dishwasher. Bathroom has a deep tub/shower, you’ll have to lift your knee to step in. Memory Foam mattress.

This centrally-located house has the best of both worlds— you can stay busy with a walk to the shops and restaurants on Broadway (12 min walk), stroll over to the art district on Beekman (8 min walk), take a short drive or bike ride to the State Park/SPAC (6 min) or enjoy the vibrancy of the Saratoga Race Track (7 min drive). Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. Cottage in the Woods built with our own hands!

Our sweet little 520 square ft. cottage has one open loft bedroom and is perfect for one person or a couple. It is located about 1.5 miles from the track and within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. It is next to Skidmore woods with hiking trails and easy access to the campus. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and rest located at the end of a dead-end road and is also right next to our house so we are always available. A perfect little getaway.
