This beautiful countryside house is located in village Radovčići 15 km to small town Cavtat and 30 km eastern from the historical core of famous town Dubrovnik and just 3 km to local beach and supermarket. (very well equipted where you can buy all food and daily fresh meet ) House Rilovic consist of two bedrooms,bathroom, kitchen and living room, swimming pool, garden with courtyard, barbyque,2 large covered terace, parking. All this gives a unique atmosphera and complete privacy. ( first neighbour 200 m ) Near by (3 km ) there is a restaurants with domestic food and family farm where you can enjoy horse riding. The bus stop is 150 meters away but the lines are quite rare ( 4-5 times daily ) so we recommend car. It is available for 4 person. The house Rilovic leaves no guest indifferent, either one is looking for an active holiday or idyllic peace in nature. Entire house with all amenties on your disposal just for you and your family to enjoy in your holiday. Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju,koji se smjestio na krajnjem jugu Hrvatske, u malome naselju Ljuta. Zvuk rijeke i ptica stvara opuštajuću atmosferu. Apartman Home Baan nalazi se u dvojnoj kući s potpuno odvojenim zasebnim ulazom i vlastitom ograđenom terasom s privatnim bazenom, što jamči potpunu privatnost i mir tokom boravka. Cijeli objekt pokriven je besplatnim Wi-Fi signalom. Oko bazena su postavljene ležaljke za potpuno uživanje u suncu ili popodnevni odmor u hladu.

Posjeduje jedan balkončić i vrata sa pogledom na zelenilo u dvorištu...Svega je 5 minuta od mora i strogog centra..Svi sadržaji su u blizini. Opreman je sa puno ljubavi i želje da se svako u njemu prijatno osjeća. Ima jednu veću spavaću sobu koja ima balkon . Kuhinja je velika i dobro opremljena i nadovezuje se na trpezariju.. Izjutra sunce ulazi u spavaću sobu a u kuhinju i trpezariju popodne sve do zalaska.

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.
