Beautiful treetop views from the rear deck and wooded views from the front deck. Sherman's walking, running trail is right at the base of the hill. Two great parks within walking distance. If you get up early enough you may see the whitetail deer. Furnished and accessorized with a combination of original mid century classics and contemporary pieces.

Come stay in our ​cozy cottage located down a country lane. Part of the Ponder farm dating back to 1906, we have a little house that offers a peaceful environment overlooking the family farm with a picturesque old barn, surrounded by tree lined fields. Enjoy the updated home with fully furnished kitchen, queen bed, and open front and back porches for relaxing in the quiet countryside. We are located just south of Sherman off Hwy 11, close to Austin College, with easy access to Highway 75.
