Nestled at the back of our garage is our cute, cosy and private studio room with its own separate bathroom. A new deck and covered outdoor area provide guests with privacy. We provide a small selection of breakfast options for short stays of up to 3 nights and a small kitchenette area is available for basic meal preparation. Located in central Hamilton we are close to the central city, Claudelands GloBox Event Centre, FMG Rugby Park, local shops, a large park and the bus stops at our gate.

Our 1950s bungalow is ideally located close to the river with river walks and great cafes nearby. We are central, just 2.8kms to the city centre, 6.9kms to Hamilton Gardens and just 40 minutes to Raglan. The space available is separated from the main residence by a privacy door. It comprises two spacious bedrooms, modern bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet as well as a dedicated guest lounge with breakfast bar and tea & coffee making facilities, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi access.

There is a bus stop within 2-3 minutes walk - Orbiter, Chartwell and Rototuna lines. It is a quiet place to sleep, but 5 minutes drive to Chartwell shopping centre or Waikato Expressway

Lala Salama Bed & Breakfast is located an easy 10min walk from the CBD with an abundance of cafes and restaurants nearby. Free WIFI along with continental breakfast is included. Note, following completion of the reno's, the BnB is totally separate to the owners living spaces, there are no shared spaces as mentioned in past reviews.

This is room(s),not whole house. A Brand new house on 5000sqr/mtr property, this is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home, we offer2 guest bedrooms and guest bathroom for the Airbnb customers. my husband and I and ( 1cat 1 dog ) are living here,we live in master bedroom with ensuite. You have your own bathroom "not shared",and outdoor Spa pool(in the back yard have to walk through the living room).you also have your own entry to keep your privacy.we share the corridor.

Bruntwood Homestead rural yet close to everything.

Bruntwood Homestead is a large comfortable home in a rural setting close to Cambridge and Hamilton, the airport, Avantidrome, Mystery Creek Events Center and Karapiro. We have a separate suite of a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room, and are able to provide a breakfast on request. The bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite and private sitting room and good wifi. Enjoy this private stand alone semi rural studio unit, close to Hamilton (3km off S.H 1) situated on 2 acres, close to the main home. 90 mins from Auckland airport, 10min Hamilton International Airport, Mystery Creek, Avanti drome and Hamilton central. 40 Mins to Hobbiton (Matamata). 1hr to Waitomo Caves 15 min to Waikato and Braemar Hospitals Large open property to park large vehicles, campers, caravans, trailers etc.

This is an entire private studio with your own entry and parking space. This room takes 4 people - 2 single beds and a queen bed, all made up with quality white linen and bedding. You'll enjoy panoramic views of our farm and be able to walk and explore the farm, our gardens and the local area. Please note - the cost ($295) is for two guests, additional guests are $30 pp.
