The Mill Apartment

This 3 bedroom island apartment is a newly renovated space in the center of historic Dunmore Town that has been in my family for 5 generations. Overlooking the bay with a perfect view of the sunset from the living room and balcony. It is conveniently located near the main dock where you will arrive to the island by water taxi or seaplane. Conveniently located near the dock, pink sand beach, cafés, restaurants, and nightlife. The Elbow Room Bar is downstairs and is open Mon-Sat from 4pm-12am.

The home has been newly pampered to encompass the island vibes of Eleuthera. Featuring brushed stone flooring, pink sand island counter top & roman walk-in showers. Oleander Gardens is nestled in-between award winning 'The Cove' resort and Gaulding Cay.

Cove House, located on the picturesque Pittman's Cove of Gregory Town is a completely renovated 70 year old colonial Bahamian home with great stone pillars sparkling white against the back drop of Sea and Sun. It's location on the leeward "sea side" of the Island makes for less wind and warmer living. The Capt. Quarters is complimented by a private ocean front balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture. The balcony overlooks Gregory Town's famous Cove and is literally the best view in Town!

Three Little Bird- Pirates Den, 1 Bdrm Main house

Pirates Den is the main house at Three little Birds. It is a spacious layout with full kitchen plus an outdoor kitchen, vaulted living room, office, king bedroom & office plus a laundry room. It's a short walk to the beach & next to Romora Bay Club & Marina offering live music, bar and restaurants and great sunsets. There are two additional semi-detached rear studio suites with their own entrances that can be rented with the house or independently. The crow’s nest temporary not available.

Sky Domek by the Cove

Welcome to our newly-built Sky Domek located on the top of a hill in Oleander Garden near Gregory Town. The minute you drive up you will be amazed by the 180-degree water-views and rolling lands surrounding our house. You can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sea on the back deck and in the evening you can enjoy the breezy shade, a drink and an amazing view of the sunset from the front deck. After an exhausting day at the beach, you can relax in a hammock nestled among the trees.
