There are bars, restaurants, bakeries, and shops right in front of the building and there are tram stops nearby to explore other parts of the city. Because of its location, everything you need to see in center is in walking distance so no public transportation is necesary. If you want to go explore some more, minute away from apartment on central town square are tram stops with trams that go to every part of city. Also, taxi stand is few steps from building.

Inside the house there is a one apartment and one studio and both can accommodate two guests. Apartment has fully equipped kitchen with dining area, which allows you to enjoy your own meals and holiday. There is also separate bedroom with TV and beautiful spacious bathroom with toilet and shower. Studio i equipped with spacious living room with pull-out bed, TV, sofa and few steps higher kitchen with dining table. Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Uživajte i provedite vrijeme u komforu i privatnosti, daleko od gužvi a opet u blizini grada. Pitomi brežuljci i okolna priroda idealni su za šetnju, vožnju biciklom, jahanje u obližnjem konjičkom klubu te partiju golfa na terenima Jelačićevih dvora. U blizini se nalazi nekoliko OPG-ova sa restoranima koji nude domaću hranu te mogućnost kupnje lokalnih proizvoda.

Nova pasivna hiša Hirundo ponuja vrhunsko izkušnjo bivanja v mirni vasici, a v neposredni bližini Brežic. Zagreb je oddaljen dobrih 30 km. Hiša je v dveh nadstropjih in razvaja s sodobno opremo ter lastnim wellnessom s finsko, parno in IR-savno ter masažnim bazenom. Med sezono je na voljo ogrevan Intex bazen (549 X 274). Fantovščine, dekliščine in glasne zabave niso dovoljene.
