Samo 2-3 minuta hoda od centra Melburna, prelepog gruzijskog grada sa sjajnim izborom pabova, kafića, restorana i prodavnica. Garsonjera je podeljena u tuš kabinu, kuhinju sa dnevnim prostorom i spavaću sobu u jednom otvorenom prostoru. Authaus može da spava dve osobe u bračnom krevetu, uz pogodnost klima-uređaja tokom vrelih letnjih meseci.
