The house is minutes from Duchess Creek Marina, Chubby's, Inside out bar (food, drinks, pool tables), gas stations, and Dollar General. The house has wifi, shuffle table, fire pit, grill and plenty of sitting areas. Upon request, there is a dock you can tie up to, but no slip.

While the 1995 Blue Bird School bus has no water and limited electricity, it is only feet from the RV park clubhouse that has 4 full size bathrooms & a large living room. Bus does have AC, heat, a residential queen size bed, & a fold out couch. Located at the True Grit RV Park.
