Tree Space ~ cosy retreat in the Surrey Hills

Tree Space is a tranquil haven tucked beneath majestic beech trees where peace and nature co-exist in harmony. The moment you arrive, there’s a sense of release—a chance to exhale deeply and step away from the pace of daily life. Surrounded by natural beauty, Tree Space offers an atmosphere of gentle sanctuary where you can reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you. It is a low impact log cabin inspired by African lodges- cosy and snug in winter and light and bright in summer.

Our cosy 2 bedroom converted unit situated in the garden of our family home is ideal for friends/family to get away for a few nights in the south downs national park, the accommodation is great for 4 but is very cosy if booked for 5 or 6 adults and can feel tight on space if you are not using as a base to sleep. We are on the outskirts of Haslemere town 1.5 miles on the Surrey/ West Sussex boarder. We have Cowdry polo & Golf 5 miles away. Goodwood Horse and motor race courses 12-15 miles away

Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

The Hideaway, just moments from Haslemere High St

Welcome to The Hideaway, a self contained private annexe in the charming town of Haslemere, Surrey. Located just moments from the pretty High Street with many eateries and shops and conveniently located for exploring local beauty spots as well as Goodwood and Cowdray Park. The apartment has its own entrance, private outdoor space, separate kitchen and ensuite bathroom offering a blend of convenience and tranquility. A well behaved dog is welcome by prior agreement (small additional charge).

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

The Barn at High Barn Farm

Our lovely Barn is situated half a mile up a track in the Surrey Hills, on the Serpent Trail and a field away from the South Downs National Park. We were lucky enough to be recommended by the Times Newspaper (September 2026) as a place to stay whilst walking the Serpent Trail, so whether you are looking for great walks, visiting friends or relatives, or just want to escape it all, we hope you will love this place as much as we do. The town of Haslemere itself is a 30 minute walk away.

The Dairy is a characterful and elegant detached converted dairy. It sits adjacent to our farmhouse in the beautiful 16 acre grounds of our home. With direct access from our garden to Blackdown National Trust land it is the perfect, tranquil location from which to explore. We are just 5 minutes drive from the train station and town centre and perfectly located to visit market towns of Guildford, Godalming, Midhurst, Petworth and Petersfield, as well as Goodwood and the coast.

The Annex, Hindhead

Large double room with own kitchen and bathroom. Conveniently situated just five minutes from the A3, on a private development, giving easy access to the coast, Goodwood, Farnham or Guildford. We are a 15 minute walk to the National Trust area of the Devils Punchbowl and a 5 minute drive to Frensham ponds. You have your own separate entrance to come and go as you please. Although if you need any advice we can be on hand to help with finding coffee shops or restaurants to visit.
