Hyfield Stable - Hidden rural retreat

Hyfield Stable is a recently converted stable block which has been finished to a very high standard. The property is rurally located, surrounded by beautiful Sussex countryside. We are situated down a long private driveway and in a very peaceful location. It is ideal for families, couples, guests with dogs (we allow up to 2 dogs for a fee of £15.00 which can be booked at time of main booking) or for a group of friends who need a getaway! Hyfield Stable is a non smoking and non vaping property.

Holbrook Barn Guest House

Lovely little guest suite separate from our home on a private secluded road with neighbouring fields. With a delightfully comfy superking bed, new bathroom with underfloor heating and home built kitchenette. We are 5 minutes from Heathfield high street and from the picturesque cuckoo trail that stretches 12 miles from Heathfield to Eastbourne and part of the national cycle network. You will have your own entry , key and private parking. Train Stations : Buxted, Stonegate & Tunbridge Wells

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

The Chapel at Barn Cottage unique country retreat

Located adjacent to the Cuckoo Trail in the centre of Maynards Green, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, is the charming Chapel at Barn Cottage. A former 15th Century Chapel which has been lovingly converted to a gorgeous, characterful, self contained 2 bedroom retreat, next to our own home. Occasionally there will be farriers making shoes and wrought iron pieces. You will see evidence of this around the garden with beautiful balls.
