Kitchen appliances small and large, complete general kitchen ready , new propane gas grill (2024) for outdoor cooking , complimentary Keurig coffee, and Keurig coffee maker, for those morning sunrises, new bed (2024), hair dryer, soap, shampoo, stackable washer and dryer. A privet, cozy, little cabin on our farm.

This little cabin is surprisingly roomy inside and has a kitchenette equipped with dishes, a toaster oven, a microwave, and a fridge/freezer. There is a comfy, XL twin bed with/ clean, sheets & blankets. There is a shower, toiletries & large towels. A perfect spot to stay when visiting the Cedar Creek, Canton & Athens areas & are looking for a quiet place to lay your head. We have wifi & local channels on the TV. We have clean, fresh water, from a deep aquifer, straight from the tap!

Located near Deer Island, this upstairs "guest house" is situated behind the main house and has a boat ramp and boat dock for fishing or sunning on the upper deck.
