Away from the main house, It offers ample privacy. The loft bedroom (not childproof) can be reached via an easy-to-climb staircase. The KING SIZE bed ensures a restful night and is perfect for a lazy morning. Features include a kitchenette, electric fireplace, BBQ, outdoor fire pit (with wood), covered patio, and a smart TV.

We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

Queen Mary Guest House By the Vineyard

If you live in congested area, with children stuck in a tiny apartment. Our home offers large open outdoor space. Why not invite your immediate family to spend time together in our late 19th century 3000 sq ft farm house with vineyard view. Enjoy a relaxing evening by the wood burning fireplace, play board games with friends, listen to Frank Sinatra or Beatles' original vinyl records, or have a morning coffee or tea on our front porch overlooking the vineyard across the street.

This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. It is the perfect stay for those who want a little quiet and to be a little closer to nature. It's hard to compare the views! AC in bedrooms only.

The space is quiet and charming with a lovely deck to enjoy. There is parking in the driveway and also street parking. The room is completely private from the rest of the house. The tv in the room has local channels and guests can access with their own accounts (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
