Full access to the river for fishing and swimming. 18 miles to Baylor Stadium and Magnolia Market at the Silo! Come enjoy the Big Rocks on the Brazos!

The Firefly is located in heart of Dawson, Texas only a short drive to beautiful natural landscapes of country fields, small businesses, and five minute drive to the Navarro Mills Lake. You will enjoy the rural charm of a small town off the main road that will take you straight into Waco if you go West 40 minutes or Corsicana if you go East 30 minutes. Great space for the perfect minimalist! Has a new full sized bed and air bed if needed. Recommend only 1 person, but 2 is fine! Private entrance into your side of home. Friendly, Christian, owner on the other side. There’s a laundry mat 1 min down the road, ol’ country store who makes delicious sandwiches w/homemade bread and many grocery options. Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Break from City Life Grab a drink and relax on the Knoll's patio that overlooks the Brazos River valley or lounge in a hammock nestled under live oaks. Adventure Gear up and hit the river. We have two kayaks available to explore the Brazos or just dive in. Lake Whitney is just 5 minutes away to swim, boat, or ski. Make Memories Grab some marshmallows and share stories around the fire pit or snooze in our organic linens.

Cozy Cabin in the Country 101

Come enjoy the sunset on the porch of this modern cabin located in the country away from the hustle and noise of the city. Our cabin is located in a field next to grazing livestock. This cabin offers plenty of patio seating, a king size bed and a loft with twin beds. Our kitchenette is equipped with a hot plate and basic utensils for preparing a simple meal. A microwave and mini fridge are included. There is not an oven. There is a gas grill which is shared with both cabins.

The Loft | Unique Industrial Light Filled Space

The Loft is a gorgeous open concept space filled with natural light. Enjoy the beautiful brick walls and industrial architecture of this 100 year old building located in charming downtown Hillsboro, Texas. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants and shops downtown has to offer! The Loft is located above a beautiful warehouse wedding venue, so please be aware that most weekend nights will be reserved for wedding parties, but please inquire to see if we are available!

This spacious suite includes leather couch and chairs. The accents that will feel like your “home away from home!" Relax in the rockers on the cute front porch for some true “recreation.” The adjacent kitchen dining area is well equipped for cooking with a small size refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee/tea station. The cottage has a simple but elegant country home feel. There is a large swing nestled in the large pecan trees that is fun for thrill seekers.
