The “old school” lodge overlooks our humble, but beautiful lake, at Camp Maple Lake. Vacationing at Camp Maple Lake is a unique opportunity to explore the grounds of an old summer wilderness camp, without all the campers & counselors. Canoe on the lake, go fishing, or sit on the lake side deck with your cup of coffee & watch the sunrise. Sorry, the lake is not for swimming, just for snapping turtles and fish And don't forget to bring firewood and s’mores for a camp fire under the stars.

Plenty of room for two families, creek access and kayaks on site. The field is part of our property for family games and sports! Ice cream and mini golf across the road at Becky’s and High Knob is just around the corner! In the fall, you can enjoy seeing the beautiful autumn leaves turn and in September pick from our 4 apple trees.

Foothill House•Private 3 bedroom home•Hughesville

Foothill House is on the outskirts of Hughesville. It is in a country setting, abundant with wildlife. The house borders a pond, which is amazing to just sit and relax next too. Central Pa has many amazing restaurants that provide farm to table food in our lush pa summers. We are close to many outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, kayaking, swimming and much more. If your visiting for work, we aren’t too far from civilization.
