New construction home on the golf course of Pine Needles Course between Pinehurst and downtown Southern Pines. Ideal location, close to everything the area has to offer. This 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom cottage is ideal for golf outings and family friendly vacations. Everything you need to make your stay ideal and comfortable. Main level: 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, dining, office space, walk in pantry, laundry room. Second floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, abundant closet space.

Legacy Farms Leisure Area

We aren't a self check in stay & our normal check in hours are 3pm to 8pm since we are a working farm. If you are looking at booking a longer stay & a night seems blocked, please message me to confirm that the night is truly booked. Legacy Farms has a 23 foot RV in its own little area on a 43 acre horse farm. All kinds of farm animals & activities to enjoy. Peaceful getaway yet close enough to civilization to almost be "glamping." (Disclosure we are well water which can have a sulfur smell)

The pet fee is $25 per stay and is included if you indicate during booking that you will be bringing a pet.
