It's only a 3 minute drive to the ski lifts, pub and base of the mountain. Cross country, snow shoe and hiking trails start just a few minutes walk from the cabin. Hitchings Hideaway

A cozy rustic log cabin in the Cascade Mountain community of Sunshine Valley. This little cabin will provide you with an escape from the city with its relaxing (private) hot tub & gas fireplace. *Pls note: Sunshine Valley is a neighborhood of cabins-we have neighbors on either side. Some people enjoy bringing ATV's to the area. You may hear these vehicles, particularly in the busier summer months and/or weekends. The community is growing and there are some new constructions in the area.

Stroll through the gardens, stargaze while sitting fireside, or unwind with a hot shower in the newly renovated nordic style spa bathroom or cozy up in the ambience of your bedside fireplace.

Cozy Log Cabin

Our log home was built to replicate historical buildings in BC with a roof line borrowed from Quebec. The main floor is an open concept with a kitchen, dining area and living room. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. I have a clawfoot bathtub but do not have a shower. The back yard is large and fenced for kids and a dog to enjoy. Bring your own wood if you want to use the fire pit. Bring pods if you want to use the Keurig or Nespresso.

Cottage on Cornell Creek

This quiet, two bedroom, two bath, cozy house is located on Cornell Creek Road at mile post 31 of the Mount Baker Highway between Maple Falls and Glacier, Washington about 25 miles from Artist's Point and the Mt. Baker ski area. Pets are OK if well behaved. Raised my nightly rate since I have recently added a second bathroom, remodeled the first bathroom and Airbnb now charges the host for the service fee that was once charged to guests.
