Built in 2018 by a friendly architect to create modern simple living at the beach. 4 bedrooms and and 2 bathrooms, it's great for families on an unfenced section facing north. A short walk to the beach, playground , forest, or Foursquare, you won't need too much more for a peaceful break away. If leaving on a Sunday, leave anytime you like

5 Minute walk to the Beach, all day sun!

This is a cosy Kiwi Bach, with all day sun overlooking a park with playground. Five minutes and you’re on the beach. The house has two great decks for BBQ’s and relaxing. Fully functional kitchen (including a brand new air fryer) with everything you need. There are two newly renovated bedrooms one with a Queen Bed and the other with two king single beds, all with beautiful new linen. A brand new bathroom (no bath) and separate toilet. There is also a Sleep out with a queen bed and toilet.
