At Davenport Beach, you can bask in the sun, swim, kayak, or paddle board! The home is 3000 living square ft. 4 true bedrooms upstairs and an additional 5th “flex” bedroom downstairs with work space. 3 bathrooms, pool, jacuzzi, beautiful koi pond, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and 2 fire pits.

Beachfront Oasis

Our remodeled 1930s beach home has 2 downstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom, and 2 upstairs bedrooms with a full bathroom. Both bathrooms are shared. (No en suites ). Mobility/access: guests will need to use several steps to reach the entrance. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. This may impact the ground floor view. See pics.
