Named after the mountain of Ikaria, ‘Atheras” is a 2-storey stone house designed with modern approach as a complete private home, furnished to the highest quality and detail. Private entrance, air-conditioned villa with 1 living room, 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Full kitchen with a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and kitchenware. Featuring a terrace and a pool with with sea view, the villa also includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The tower has a small kitchen and two sofa-beds at the main floor and one main bedroom with a bathroom with shower at the top floor.

Independent 2BR Stay at Ikaria View Resort

Private 2-bedroom guesthouse within a small three-building resort in Arethousa, Ikaria. The living room has a sofa, desk and dresser. Guests have private use of the unit; outdoor areas and the seasonal pool are shared. A two-seat swing is available outdoors. The owner/manager lives in a separate on-site building.
