So quiet but very downtown! COZY APARTMENT IN A CLASSIC ICELANDIC HOUSE. The apartment is on the second floor and has a private entry. It consists of a bedroom, living room with an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has been partly renovated, has a lot of natural light from windows on three sides. The neighborhood is lively with shops and café's around. Hallgrímskirkja is just 5 min away and the most important Art Museums and shopping area. The old harbour as well and Harpa.

Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. The apartment is situated just 6 minutes drive from the airport and 15- 20 minutes form the Blue Lagoon. You can find a public swimming pool with both outdoor and indoor swimming pools in 3 minutes walk from us, there is also a big playground area.There is a small shoppingcenter, Krossmói in about 8 minutes walking distance. There you can find ATM, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, resturants and other shops. There is also the town bus center (it is outside and there are no servicekiosk).

Luxurious 2nd floor apartment in the heart of Reykjavík, right next to pretty much everything downtown. Only a short walk to all the best cafe's and restaurants, libraries, museums and shops. The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Recently renovated it retains all the charm of old but with all the comfort and style of modern day life.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
