Small and cozy studio apartment, about 30 square meters, in a quiet residential area. It has its own entrance, separate from the owners’. The bed is 1.6 x 2 meters. You can park right next to the door. When the weather is nice, you can sit outside in the private backyard. Important places are close by: the swimming pool, bakery, and discount store are 900 meters away, main road 1 is 800 meters away and the city center is 1.2 kilometers away.

In a nice old very quiet neighborhood we have a lovely comfy apartment, within a 5 minute walking from the center of town, the swimming pool or the mall.
