At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. Live and breathe the Serra de La Tramuntana, a world heritage mountain range in Mallorca. The apartment is situated in the center of a traditional Mallorcan mountainside village, Mancor de Vall. The mountain is your playground. You can walk out the door and hike up the mountain, or drive a short distance to numerous different starting routes for all levels! Many hiking paths can be done by bike or you can road bike up to Lluc or out in any direction on the island as Mancor is in the middle!

We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Recuerda que la piscina no esta calentada (ideal de mayo a septiembre), en la casa hay una estufa de leña ( regalamos la primera cesta de leña), dos calentadores eléctricos y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones).
