Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. In an alcove at the mouth of Turkey Creek and the Indian River, this brick beauty showcases a private boat pier, a lovely deck designed in different levels in a beautiful work with wood to enjoy a beautiful waterfront view! The spacious house with an excellent space distribution offers common places for everyone. Just please, be extremely careful with the stairs created for the balcony located in the master room and for the basement bedroom, which are very steep when climbing up and down it.
