The house is located in a stunningly beautiful scenic location in the middle of the island which makes it an ideal base to explore the Ancient sites.

Ballindooley Castle

The Castle rests on about half an acre of land with Ballindooley Lake lying to the south west. It is surrounded by low walls and hedges: with a gated entrance controlled by an electronic security system. Features include 3 murders holes and a dungeon The castle was built by the DeBurgo family (approximately 1480). It had the distinction of being shelled by the British Gunboat ” Helga” during the1916 Rising to disband rebels

Welcome to Maggies Cottage, a newly renovated property with the most beautiful sea views. This cottage is located down a quiet road, a brisk 25 mins walk from the ferry terminal. It has three bedrooms, two located upstairs and one downstairs. Two bathrooms, a kitchen and dining area, living room with a flat screen TV and a utility room.
