Casa Motta Camastra, een vrijstaande woning met prive zwembad. Het huis is omgeven door een riante tuin, ligt bovenaan een berg met een magisch uitzicht over de Alcantara vallei en de Etna. Het huis is zeer geschikt als u zoekt naar rust, ruimte en privacy in een natuurlijke omgeving met prachtig uitzicht, panoramahouses, met bezienswaardigheden binnen handbereik. We noemen de Alcantara vallei, authentieke Siciliaanse plaatsjes zoals Taormina, de Etna, het strand van Naxos en het Nebrodi park.

Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

La nostra casetta nel bosco si trova all'interno dell'agricampeggio, è arredata con gusto per ogni vostra esigenza, completa di cucina con piano cottura ad induzione, frigo, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè' con filtri, bollitore, aria condizionata. Dispone di giardino privato con sdraio, (da utilizzare solo per il relax di persone) tavolo e sedie. Spazio ideale per una coppia per rinnovarsi dalla frenesia giornaliera.

Sito all'interno di una villa, è formato da un unico ambiente di 20 mq circa con cucina, tavolo per due, letto matrimoniale cm 160 x cm 195 con contenitore e bagno con doccia, Tv e aria condizionata. Lo Chalet ha una terrazza vista mare con tavolino per pranzare/cenare più due lettini prendisole e ombrelloni. Lo chalet dista dal centro della città circa 5 minuti percorrendo a piedi una strada in salita. Dispone anche di parcheggio per un'auto di piccole dimensioni.

Mondello Pool & Suite is a vacation home in a villa with a large garden. 3 min driving (8 minutes walk) from the beach, 20 min from the airport and 15 min from the city center, it's the perfect place to spend your summer holidays and visit Palermo. The house consists of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, living room with sofa bed and the common outdoor areas consist of garden, swimming pool and solarium, outdoor shower, kitchenette and outdoor dining area.

The house can accomodate 4 people. Within 5-15 minutes there are many beaches that can be reached as well as the world famous Tuerreda and its crystal clear waters. The charming town of Teulada can be reached in only ten minutes.

Recently built detached house , consisting of 2 bedrooms (for a total of 4 beds), kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and dishes, TV, fireplace and sofa, bathroom with shower, large balcony, outdoor garden with table, private car/moto parking. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels, utilities (electricity, gas, water) and wi-fi are included in the price.

My place is fresh and clean. It has fabulous vineyard views and is close to Florence. You’ll like it here because of the outdoors space and the light. The Castello di Nipozzano is within walking distance. I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples.
