Included with the Boho is high speed Wi-Fi, 65" ROKU TV, washer/dryer, stove, microwave and all of the kitchen essentials + more!

This two story town house has two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen & 1 single roll away bed), 1 & 1/2 baths, balcony off master bedroom, covered patio out back and is equipped with everything you need. (Sorry no cats/dogs please (medical exemption) due to severe allergies)

Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. This home sits in a family friendly neighborhood that is in walking distance to Wilson Bay Park, Sturgeon City and the Riverwalk area of downtown Jacksonville. Very close, as well, to Camp Lejeune, Marine Corps Air Station and Beirut Memorial. If Kayaking is your thing, check out the pictures! Public kayak ramps are available at Sturgeon City.
