The historical brown stone building was beautifully renovated a few years ago. The ceiling is high up and the room is spacious that you feel great. The mattress is one of the most comfortable ones that you can sleep like a sleeping beauty. You feel refresh in this pleasant place after the touring or working in the busy city. Cozy safe place cross Hudson River from NYC. This room is strictly limited for one person only to control the quality of staying. Nothing fancy, but spend fraction of money to enjoy NYC. Room has Queen bed and key lock , shared bathroom with 3 other guests if fully sold out. Shared kitchen, dining room with 5 other guests maximum (3rd floor apartment has 2 guests) 2 and 1/2 blocks away from bus stop, 30 minutes $3.50 will bring you to center of NYC: Time Square. Private parking space $10/day

1892 Brownstone on Landmarked Block

Stay in a beautifully restored brownstone near Central Park. We own and live on the lower two floors; guest rooms are on the third floor. THIS IS A SHARED ACCOMODATION. Guests are welcome to use our Kitchen, but there is a microwave and small fridge in the guest room. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and one small room with a twin bed. Please note that the small twin bedroom is accessed from the queen bedroom. One private bath shared by all three bedrooms. The floor is totally private.

Church view bedroom in Harlem brownstone

Bright and sunny bedroom in renovated Harlem owner occupied townhouse. The house is steps from 135th Street subway (B and C trains), and 15 minutes to midtown. The bathroom is outside the room, but directly across from it and is only used by the guest staying in this room. Because of NYC regulations, we can only host one person in the room at a time. Please note that although the minimum stay is one night, we typically do not accept one night reservations more than a month in advance.

Many restaurants, grocery stores and supermarkets. You have access to all parts of my apartment. You share kitchen and bathroom with me. My room is far away from your room. So, it feels like you are renting the entire apartment for a price of a room.

For a solo traveler, quiet private bedroom in an apartment on the second floor in a small condo building near the Brooklyn waterfront, the NYC Ferry to Manhattan, and the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. The accommodations include a separate bathroom used only by the guest, and wifi. The host resides in the apartment. Latest check-in time is 9 p.m.

108th St & Lexington Ave near Central Park & Metro station (#6). Walk Up to 4th fl. Wood Fl. Near supermarkets, restaurants. You can go to Midtown quickly taking subway or walk to Central Park. The Room is Gigantic, bigger than studio Apt in Manhattan. You have access to all parts of my Apt and Kitchen & bathroom shared with me. No Elevator.
