Our cozy little cottage is tucked away adjacent to the woods. This single floor 650sf apartment is a perfect place to unwind, build a bonfire, & enjoy the nature that surrounds you. Wake up in the morning to watch deer while enjoying your coffee on the porch. Main St. Tannersville is only an 8 min walk; with its nice selection of restaurants & shops. Hunter Mountain & Kaaterskill Falls are within a 10 min drive . Woodstock, Saugertise, Windham, Catskill & Kingston are within a 35 min drive.

Cabin 2: Our RECENTLY renovated 40-foot container cabin - with a shower, A/C, and wood-fired hot tub - is set on a stream/waterfall and 20 acres of wilderness. Warm in winter and cool in the summer, enjoy the Solo fire ring on the deck, gas grill, La Colombe coffee, and hammock. The cabin is two hours north of NYC, with a refrigerator, Wifi, propane, furnace, and wood stove. Woodstock, Kingston, the Hudson River and hiking trails 15 min away.

Winter guests should have an all-wheel drive to get up the driveway due to snowy conditions. If not, you can leave car in our driveway and we’ll bring you up. This getaway has amazing views and privacy. It is located on 20 acres in the beautiful hamlet of Palenville. Close to Saugerties, Woodstock, Kingston, and Hunter Mountain.

This cozy, off-grid 12×16 artisan crafted treehouse features two queen-size beds, LED battery lighting inside, and solar lighting outside. Enjoy your fully functional bathroom with a spectacular view, as well as on demand hot water shower. Kitchen is located under rustic cedar pavilion, fully stocked with all you could need! Firewood is complimentary and stored for convenience.

The treehouse resides on the locally famous Fernwood property. Our family ran a restaurant here since the 1970's. We no longer operate the restaurant, but the property is gorgeous. The treehouse is at the end of a road with a private swimming hole. Right out of the treehouse is the entrance to the famous long trail, plenty of hiking here. Also in town is the entrance to The Catskill Wild Forest. Hiking into Kaaterskill Falls is one of the main attractions here in town.
