Two bedrooms are located upstairs, while a third bedroom is on the ground floor, giving the house a practical layout that works well for several guests. One of the two bathrooms has a shower, while the other has a bathtub. The main bedroom also has a special feature: a bathtub placed inside the room, adding a pleasant and relaxing touch to the house. Dandelion Köveskál is not only spacious, but also tastefully furnished, homely and carefully designed. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest. A Rózsafaház egy modernizált alpesi faház a kőszegi Szabó-hegyen, az Írottkő Natúrpark területén, mely aszfaltos és erdei úton megközelíthető. A házat erdőkert öleli körbe, ahol gondozott a zöldfelület, kerti sütögető tisztás, játszótér áll rendelkezésre. Az épület panoráma-terasszal rendelkezik, ahonnan remek kilátás nyílik a Dunántúl és a Kőszegi-hegység irányába is. A ház konyha-étkező-háló helyiségből (kandallóval) és zuhanyzós fürdőszobából áll, valamint az emeleten háló galéria található.

A régi ablakok, cserépkályha, nagy belmagasság mind emelik a ház patináját.
