The apartment is located on the ground floor, in the center of Kastel Stari. surrounded on one side by the city of Split, on the other by Trogir and even when you add the beautiful islands nearby (Hvar, Brac, Solta) you have everything you need. The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. A combination of stone and wood for a perfect and unique whole. Hi. Here is few information about my new built home, location, neighbourhood.. All what can you see at photos is also in real. So house is not on the sea, there is no sea view, only view is on neighbourhood or to the hill nort of our place. Yes, you have neighbours there( only from south, SW side). Supermarket is 5 minutes far by foot, beach is 9 minutes far by foot. There is promenade along the coast true the all place( there is a lot of restaurant, caffe bars..)
