Lejligheden ligger lige ved et busstoppested og i gåafstand til Tivoli, Rådhuspladsen og Metro. Islands Brygge har masser af liv, badning og hygge om sommeren og er en mere stille landsby i byen om vinteren. I lejligheden er der dog altid roligt. Islands Brygge byder på flere fantastiske bagere, kafferisteriet Roast med den bedste kaffe og et utal af gode restauranter og cafeer.
