There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Our place is located very close to Remarkable Ski resort, it’s about 3 mins to bottom of the mountain. And 7 mins to Queenstown airport. There is a children’s playground in the neighborhood. We have just installed a new SPA pool at backyard! You can enjoy Remarkable mountain view while using SPA. No Party or event at the house. Noise Sensor and Surveillance cameras installed on site (Facing outdoor entrance) to help prevent disturbances for our neighbors.
