The home is perfectly split with two bedrooms, 1 bath and family room upstairs and additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bath with extra family room downstairs. Screened in patio overlooking lake view with TV. Large, partially covered deck with steps that lead down to the dock. Large fire pit area for smores, extra outdoor sectional with fire pit table for lounging. Our home is right on the Tennessee River side of Kentucky Lake. We have our own personal boat ramp, so you can drop your boat in, or enjoy a nice walk along the shoreline. We have gorgeous views from almost every room in the house. Our family enjoys staying here for extended periods of time since we are able to WORK FROM HOME with our surprisingly fast internet for the remote location. **Due to the size of our home, we allow up to 6 adults and up to 10 if the rest are children.**
