A cute cottage with a POOL on a working horse farm in the Texas Hill Country. Beautiful quiet setting close to Boerne, Fredericksburg shopping, dining and Wine Country, and San Antonio. River kayaking is close by and Comfort is an Antique shopping Mecca. The horses are friendly and complete the beautiful view out your front door. We are not a riding facility but love to share our beautiful farm with visitors looking for a peaceful holiday, convenient to lots of activities. Limit two guests.

The Bungalow has been completely updated with all the 'modern' conveniences, but still keeping that rustic/elegant look of the Hill Country. Front porch for 'relaxi'n/sipping', Landscaped yard, parking lot, private patio with comfy seating, umbrellas and fans. So sorry, but we are not set up for children or pets

Kerrville Getaway is an all electric ground floor apartment on a quiet cul-de-sac,2 miles off IH-10 and with off street parking for 2 vehicles. It is in the city of Kerrville close to parks, restaurants, golfing , wineries , James Avery Jewelry tours, and the Guadalupe River. You’ll love the place because of the hilly neighborhood, the outdoors space with deer,the patio area, the comfy bed and a large walk-in shower.Kerrville Getaway is good for couples, children(2),solo adventurers.

Located 9 miles west of downtown Fredericksburg, Lone Wolf Ranch is a great opportunity to escape the city and experience country living without sacrificing great amenities. The comfortable guesthouse features two bedrooms and a pleasant porch with a view of the pasture. The highlight though is likely the opportunity to see sheep and other farm animals living their best life. Up to two dogs (each under 25lbs, ask about exceptions) are also allowed but please only children 12 or older.
