Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Pear Tree Cabin is located in the quiet and peaceful hamlet of Ham in Somerset, sitting in the grounds of a seventeenth century thatched cottage on a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful countryside. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. Dairy cottage is one of two delightful holiday cottages on the Beaples Barton estate It has been recently refurbished with a clean modern feel. Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen and living/ dining room. Upstairs one double bedroom and twin room with two single beds, bathroom with a shower. There is ample parking outside of the cottage. Dairy cottage is set in 75 acres of rural Devon countryside surrounded by woodland. We have easy access to the North Devon Link road and M5.
