The studio is located in Kokkini Hani Stavromenos, a small neighborhood that is just 200m away from the long sandy beach of Arina. It's set on the hill, providing a breathtaking view of the Cretan Sea. The studio was built on love, is literally surrounded by trees and flowers. Heraklion is 14 km away and there is a bus stop 200m away. The international airport is only 7 km away. The apartment has a lovely view to the sea and has a swimming pool that is shared between the guests and my family. There is also a BBQ for those perfect summer nights to cook and enjoy your drinks. You can relax by the pool, in the garden or on the hammocks under the palm trees. Please have in mind that from 1st of April until 31st of October the tax for climate change is 8 euro amd from 1st of November until 31st of March is 2 euro.

Our comfortable 75m² House is located in karteros and it is a ground floor house which is a part of a duplex with separate entrance. The house has a beautiful garden overlooking the Cretan sea the Port and the airport, Ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays. There is a big garden with swimming pool, spa, free parking and access with a ramp for the house. The spa is available from 1 May until 31 October..

Theotokopoulos Park apartment is located in the center of Heraklio 200m away from the famous lions square. Near the appartment you can find a lot of entertainment places like cafe, tavernas, restaurants etc. Its also located 300m close to the bus station to go anywhere in Heraklio. It's 250m away from the famous city sights, the Koule castle, and beachfront a lot of traditional tavernas and restaurants!
