This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

The Cove Retreat Oceanfront Upstairs Apartment

This unique property is absolute oceanfront. It has the main residence and two private fully self contained apartments. Our friendly managers Jan and Steve live onsite with their little dog Charlie. The upstairs one bedroom apartment has stunnning views with ensuite and spa. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended. We offer doggie sitting at very reasonable rates and provide pet friendly ideas. All our relaxing outside areas including the firepit overlook the ocean.

Kevs Cottage

Surrounded by the serenity of rural landscapes, peace and quiet, the two bedroom original stockmans cottage located on working cattle station, (Pinnacle station) privately set well away from main house. Kevs cottage is located 20 min north of Gin Gin and 5min to Lake Monduran. Kev Cottage includes a well appointed kitchen, spacious bedrooms, dining and lounge areas. Outside is a three bay garage with extra height to keep your boat out of the weather. The cottage is fenced and dog friendly ☺️

Guest House in Yandaran- Entire Place/WiFi/Aircon

Our guest house is located in Yandaran, offering a peaceful country stay with easy access to local spots. Just 5 minutes to Yandaran Pub, 8 minutes to Avondale Tavern, 15 minutes to Miara Caravan Park, and 20 minutes to Norval Park Beach. Only 28km north of Bundaberg. Enjoy a clean, comfortable space with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, pool table, kitchen facilities, and plenty of parking space — caravan, truck, and boat friendly. The guest house is thoroughly cleaned & sanitised after every stay.

Villa by the Beach (Downstairs Unit 1A)

Relax in Moore Park Beach in this peaceful villa apartment only one block from the beach. Take a dip in the ocean, hang out by the outdoor pool, or spot some of our local kangaroos. You're within walking distance of the local cafe and a short 3km trip to the grocery store and bottle shop. For a night out, you can go into the cute little town of Bargara, only 30 minutes away. Bring your work, commute into Bundaberg, walk along the beach, or just spend some much needed time unwinding. Welcome!

Deepwater Beach House

BYO SHEETS, PILLOWCASES & TOWELS Unwind at this private hidden gem where relaxation and rejuvenation come first. Time stands still, offering an endless escape. And for those who love to fish, you can launch your boat right from the front yard. Dogs are welcome but guests are responsible for cleaning up excessive shedding. Dogs not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found in any of these places. Also no chasing of the wild life.

Welcome to Agnes Water Views. Sitting on one of the highest points in Agnes Water, enjoy BOTH sunrise and sunset from Agnes to 1770 & Bustard Heads from the 13m long verandah. Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

Charade Cottage at the Beach

You’ll treasure your time at this quaint cosy freestanding cottage. Just a short 500 metre stroll to the beautiful beach or head in the other direction only 300 metres to the IGA, Tavern, Chemist, Bakery, Doctor, Fish & chip shop and Garage. Enjoy your privacy with your own entrance and complete separation from the owners dwelling. There is a resident Labrador that will appreciate a passing cuddle. (However this means we cannot accept other pets, aside from service animals)

Baffle Creek Junction

Baffle Creek Junction is located at the junction of Euleilah and Baffle Creeks, truly a special location. The 53 acre site boasts 1.3 klm of saltwater tidal creek frontage with wildlife including kangaroos and beautiful burdekin ducks. Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Explore Rules Beach and Deepwater National Park or simply just chill out on the block.

Spacious, light and modern accommodation, quiet rural location only 10 minutes from Bundaberg. 20 minutes from the beach. The Ground Floor is self contained with own kitchen, main bedroom with double bed, large sitting room with two single beds, TV with access to Netflix, wifi, books and board games. Harry and Philippa live on site, along with two dogs, two cats, one horse Jubilee, 5 sheep, chickens and a flock of guinea fowl that come and go.
