Our lovely summer-apartment is situated in chora a few hundred meters from the city beach, restaurants and cafés. It´s carefully furnished with design classics and has an amazing terrace facing the sea, along with two balconies. The kitchen is more than fully equipped with assorted home appliances and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine. We live in Stockholm and visit Koufonisi during July every year, the rest of the summer we welcome others to enjoy our fantastic place.

Kambones 1615 Ηistoric Venetian home

Kambones 1615 is a lovingly restored historic home which has been in our family for centuries. Our Venetian ancestor Michel Sanudo married into our family in the year 1615, giving the house its current form, with the  balcony doors overlooking a valley with ancient olive groves . The old furniture has been restored and every beautiful feature has been preserved. The thick stone walls make it cool in summer and warm off season . We are certified by Ecotourism Greece .

Villa Katerina is a double floor house 62sq.At the first floor there is one living room with kitchen and two single beds .at the second floor there is one bedroom and one big bathroom.There is one big yard 100sq two balconies.The house has amazing sea view from all the floors .It can accommodate up to 4 persons.Also we have barque and hammock.The distance from the sea is 200 meters and the beaches is Placa beach Orkos beach and Mikrivigla Beach

Patima 2 Koufonissi

Lovely studio 23m² in traditional island style, on the Koufonissi island (small Cyclades). The property is at the quiet side of the main village (Louros area): 450m (4 mins walk) to the central beach of the settlement (Ammos beach), 300m (3 mins) to the nearest taverna, pharmacy, super market, medical centre, 400m to the travel agent's and ATM and 800m (10 mins) to the port.
