Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. Frantzeskos House

Our house is a traditional, sunny house with two internal courtyards. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is only ten minutes from the port of Hydra and is fully equipped. Four meters from the house there is a small grocery store that operates on Sundays. There are easy access to sandy beaches (Kamini, Avlaki, Mandraki) and to beaches with rocks (Spilia). The transfer of baggage upon arrival and departure will be done by us.

The apartment includes a big living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.
