Ampelos Estate - 3 bedroom Villa

**Please note that there are also the Stone Room in the same building and a Studio a few meters away from the Villa. All the houses are autonomous and independent but share all outdoor areas.There are separate terraces for each house at a distance from each other, all with wonderful views of the Corinthian Gulf.*** The villa is the main house of the estate surrounded by a garden with many trees and flowers.There is a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof!
