Nearby La Jolla Shores business district is just a short stroll from shops, cafes, and the surf. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house and one casita which is off the courtyard with full bathroom. This home is fully stocked with everything.

Two bedrooms: king size main bedroom and second with convenient twin beds. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room. There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking. We expanded parking spots 2 years ago for most car sizes: W- 101 inches and H-83 inches
