This is a centrally located, remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse, very convenient to HWY 70, a straight shot to White Sands National Park, and Main Street, easy access to Downtown Las Cruces, home to Las Cruces's Farmer's Market. This townhouse features a split and open floor plan, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooking. You will also find an office and outdoor seating area. The property is located very near the lovely 4-Hills Park.

This wonderful adobe home with refrigerated air is located directly in the heart of the city the Mesquite Historic District of Las Cruces. This Mexican home combines the neighborhood classic adobe style. Directly across the street is a Mexican cafe and a coffee shop. Seven minute walk to downtown which has wonderful pubs and restaurants. This home is located directly across the street from my other two casitas that are listed in Airbnb. "Casa de Maíz" is a quaint home close to New Mexico State University, the Las Cruces Convention Center, and has access to downtown and Historic Mesilla. The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to a park where you can take your children or your dog(s). The home is a perfect stop on a cross-country trip or a place for temporary housing. The sunsets from the backyard are breathtaking. You will be inspired to go hiking while viewing the Organ Mountains from the front yard.

Our guesthouse is located on historic Highway 28, also known as the Don Juan de Onate Trail, which connects El Paso and Las Cruces. It is one of the area's most scenic routes. You can find breweries, multiple wineries, and the famous Chopes restaurant and bar along the route. The highlight of the 10-mile drive from our little house in San Miguel to historic Mesilla takes you through unique canopies of pecan trees, in the largest pecan-producing county in the nation.
