Soak in the sun on the outdoor day-bed, barbecue at the outdoor dining area, or cozy up in front of one of the 3-smart TVs! Gorgeous well stocked duplex just steps from the beach! This unit is great for the family trip to the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with its identical twin (unit A). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.
