Welcome to Out on a Limb, our magical treehouse nestled in the serene woods of upstate New York. This cozy, charming hideaway offers a peaceful & romantic escape, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to connect with nature. Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

A Bedroom in the woods with lovely views!

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!

We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. 3 Bedroom House with Lake Access

Wind down with the whole family at this peaceful 3 bedroom Cottage with lake access! Complete with a fire pit, outdoor seating, a grill and TV, this home will transport you away from reality and into the mountains for some fresh air and lots of fun. The Lake is a 3 min walk down a stone path. The deck + dock are shared with lake residents only. No public access. We have 2 kayaks for use as well. Downtown Saratoga, Racetrack, Casino + SPAC. 15 mins away.

An Adirondack Tree House Retreat

Our treehouse is one of the most sought after places for couples to reconnect with nature. Nestled in the foothills of the Adirondack Mtns. and just 9 miles from Saratoga Springs NY, boasting quiet solitude. The winding staircase leads to a sleeping area and covered porch. Also, outdoor kitchen, deck, fire pit and full bath just a few steps away. Please keep in mind that our treehouse is meant as a quiet retreat for 1-3 people.

Off-grid cabin for quiet and low-tech getaway

Welcome to the off-the-grid cabin built by our family. You can play games around the woodstove, cook over a campfire, and have smores with your family. It's 16'x16' with a sleeping loft and cupola for kids to play in. Usually you'll only hear the sounds of peepers and crickets, and often you'll experience the almost extinct sound of dead silence. A piano, guitar, dulcimer, pump organ, and many board games are in the cabin.

Clear your mind at our tranquil home located minutes south of the Adirondack park. Perfect for birthdays, girls weekends, anniversaries, special occasions, or a weekend away from the children, this inviting space offers both the peacefulness of a wooded retreat and nearby access to beautiful Historic Saratoga. Two bedrooms, two baths on a quiet, wooded lot, this cozy space offers lots of parking and an outdoor sanctuary.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.

Hillside Cabin-Yurt

Discover a charming yurt-shaped house perched on a quiet hill with beautiful pond views. Inside is an open concept studio with a comfy king bed, two futons, a full kitchen, and bathroom. The large deck with dining area is perfect for meals outdoors, and the fire pit invites cozy evenings under the stars. Secluded and hidden from the road, this peaceful retreat offers a magical blend of comfort and nature’s beauty.

The Lake House...close to Saratoga Springs, hiking

The Lake House is located on beautiful Lake Desolation.... the house has an amazing view and lake access with a shared dock and small beach area.... We have two kayaks that my guests can use. House has brand new beds and bedding, tv and WiFi, gas grill, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. Master bedroom has a walk out deck with an amazing view of the water. Sleeps 10 people.
