Sweet Serenity - Rest Relax Enjoy

This spacious setting's in a secluded cove on Lake Hartwell. We live on upper level, guests stay in lower level separated by locked door and separate entryway. Play bags, use putting green and firepit overlooking the lake. We have 3 kayaks and floats by the water. 20 minutes from Clemson, Seneca or Anderson. We expect guests to be respectful of noises and drinking alcohol. This is NOT intended as a place to party. We have an outdoor cat who's friendly and will most likely say hello to you.

Wake up to the beauty of being right on the Lake. Great get-a-way for a wedding, Clemson football, time with family or personal retreat. Water is 100 feet away from porch. Take advantage of the courtesy dock for a jet ski or boat. Put your boat in at Saddlers Creek State Park and enjoy the park’s bike and walking trails. There are great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and more. We are 20min from Hartwell GA, 25 min to Anderson University, and 30min from Clemson University.

We recently purchased this gorgeous home on Lake Hartwell, in a secluded cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood (6 miles to Clemson..ALL BACKROADS) You will have the entire bottom floor with separate entrance . Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)

As you enter the screened in front porch you will instantly relax, experience a peaceful and quiet tree lined front yard. The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.

Check out our garden & food forest across the street from the cabin. Take a picnic and enjoy the lake. Our goal is to provide a relaxing, inspiring, and educational experience. My place is close to Clemson University, great views, lake front property on Lake Hartwell, Anderson, SC, very close to I-85, family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (Pet friendly with limitations. Please ask ) Lots of outdoor living space as well for grilling out or visiting on the deck.
