Welcome to our beautiful home, a perfect base when visiting Fiordland. Location is key and you won't be disappointed. A Short stroll to the shops, restaurants and lake Te Anau. Fantastic indoor outdoor flow, bbq area, small reserve beside house where children can play and room for your boat. A great modern kitchen, well equipped . Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Overlooking Fergus Square, our unit is newly renovated and decorated. Stacker doors open onto a covered deck for outdoor relaxing. Fully insulated and with a heat pump, you will be warm and comfortable no matter the weather. Just a few minutes walk to the lake, and 5 minutes walk to shops, cafés and bars, the location is perfect! Beautiful lake, spectacular mountains and easily accessed walking tracks. Couples, and groups of two will love this location on the doorstep of Fiordland National Park, while still only a few doors down from a bar/ restaurant, cafe / dairy and the starting point for Doubtful Sound cruises.

PLEASE NOTE_ Owing to staff holidays it is not possible to accept a check in on Christmas Day (25th December). You can depart on Christmas day or later if required. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just a stroll to the shores of Lake Te Anau and a 90 minute drive to the world renowned Milford Sound, although you may wish to allow more time for photo opportunities!

Small house, BIG view

Beautiful lake view of Manapouri from this comfortable and funky little house. Everything you need for a luxurious stay plus extras including push bikes, and an outdoor hot tub to sit in under the stars. The "Lake to Lake" bike trail is across the road from the house, and Fraser's beach is just a few minutes walk on a good path. Quiet and peaceful. No added cleaning fee.
