Guests have the entire ground floor apartment to themselves with separate entrance door and private access to courtyard and lovely garden (my husband and I live upstairs). Your hosts are Barbara and Phillip, semi-retired and we are happy to share the downstairs unit. It is independent of us with a parking space and a side entrance. As the unit is downstairs you can hear us walking around if we are home. Earplugs may be required for complete quiet. We are located in a lovely, well-appointed suburb of Rotorua only a 10-minute drive to the centre of town. Rotorua has a lot to offer whether you are on a budget or not.

Our beautiful Modern Tiny Home has two bedrooms both with queen beds. 1 is separate and bedroom 2 is up in the loft accessed by a ladder. A modern open plan kitchen and lounge. A cute full bathroom with shower and toilet at one end of the house. There is a deck with an outdoor table so you can relax and take in your surroundings. Relaxing lake vibes,a very peaceful place to come and chill.
