Our spacious and quiet 1 bedroom suite is perfect for 3 guests (1 queen and 1 twin folding bed). If 4-5 guests (excluding infants) are staying, a folding queen bed will be set for the additional guests in the living room area (No extra charge). Our house is located in Langford, just mins from downtown Victoria. With a 2 mins walk to Florence Lake, and a 4 mins drive to shopping centres, you can easily reach everything you need and quickly access Highway 1 to explore the beauty of Island.

Take a gentle kayak ride and enjoy the ocean basin with all its wildlife just a stones throw away. Enjoy the view from your patio or chill out in the soft hot tub. The suite is located on the ground floor with an occupied suite above you.

Our renovated One Bedroom suite features a well appointed kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. While relaxing on your private balcony facing the south side of Bear Mountain, indulge in our coffee & tea station featuring a Nespresso coffee & espresso machine, milk frother, french press, 12 cup drip coffee maker and kettle. A selection of nespresso capsules, teas and ground coffees (including decaf) are provided together with sugar and creamer packets.
