Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Benton House (pet friendly, low fees, greenhouses)

Relax with the whole family or alone at this peaceful place to stay. Home offers 2 bedrooms, one queen, one murphy full, and an air mattress. Experience small town living with outdoor activities like bike and hiking trails. Take a short drive to Mennonite greenhouses, Four Daughters Winery, Local breweries, Lidtke Mill, Lake Louise, and Rochester, MN With local restaurants, bowling, and grocery shopping it can be a getaway filled with relaxation. **Longer stays can be inquired about.

Enjoy our private Guesthouse with full amenities and our shared courtyard for your weekend couples getaways. Full bath, free internet, kitchenette with dorm fridge. *NEW* we have installed a hot tub in the courtyard. We also have a fire pit out back for use if you’d like. We do have 2 Great Danes. The Overlook Cabin

Take it easy at this high end cabin in the woods.The cabin is set in one of the most serene areas of the Northeast Iowa bluffs. You will sit on the deck and be level with the bald eagles soaring down the valley into the Bear Creek. The views from this cabin are next to none. The Cabin offers miles of hiking trails through the woods and down to Bear Creek. There are no neighbors for miles! I have two properties, The Overlook & The Barn loft, the trails connect them!

Cushion Cabins East

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Nestling Pines Treehouse

Nestling Pines Treehouse is nestled amongst the Pine trees on a hill deep in the woods. There is designated parking for treehouse guest only. A 60 foot bridge starts your walk up the trail to the treehouse. Then a 250 foot gravel path leads you to this beautiful Treehouse. Has electricity, running hot/cold water, walk-in-shower, flushing toilet, 2 full size beds, fridge ,A/C, electric heat , ample kitchen amenities, toiletry items supplied, and housekeeping.

Bin There, Done That (and Pickleball too!)

Bin There, Done That inspiration came from the television series "Texas Flip N Move." During one episode, an old grain bin was moved and repurposed into a home and from that Bin There, Done That was born. Here you will find a place to relax and refresh, a farming community surrounded by nature, good eateries, and local artisans. You can enjoy a variety of experiences and at the end of your stay you can say, "I've Bin There, Done That."
