Welcome to Moose Lodge 1.5 miles to the river. Open concept for family gatherings. 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths & game room with air hockey to keep the kids entertained. Fully stocked kitchen & 2 refrigerators. Tons of parking for family reunions, front & back covered porches. Back porch includes 2 large picnic tables with ceiling fans to keep you cool. Outdoor fireplace area, volleyball, horseshoes, corn hole & basketball. Enjoy watching the deer wander through the property. This home has it all!

Treehouse Glamping at Pecan Haven! Private HotTub!

Suspended 10 feet in the air, Pecan Haven is luxury glamping at its best, our tent includes a king size bed, A/C, indoor bathroom with walk-in shower, private hot tub, coffee, wifi, and more. Relax outdoors, take a nap in your hammock chairs, indulge in a soak in your private hot tub, or avail yourself of the private outdoor shower. This Treehouse also has a smart TV for your Netflix and movie binge nights. This treehouse has everything you'll need for a fun, relaxing stay in the hill country.

Get back to the basics in a peaceful cozy cabin at FoxFire in Vanderpool. Enjoy reconnecting with nature with a walk or swim in the Sabinal River, hike at Lost Maples Park, birdwatching, or enjoying the stars and a campfire at night! 2 Bedroom 1 bath fully furnished comfy cabins. No Tvs or Microwave but WiFi, campfire ring, BBQ grill full kitchen/bath with outdoor picnic area. The grounds also have a playground, basketball goal, volleyball net, and river access. Family and pet friendly!

Amadeo at the Frio Private getaway with pool & spa

"Amadeo" is a secluded 9 acre get away on Saddle Mountain all to yourself, not shared. 2 cabins with 2 full baths & glorified outhouse/shower by salt water pool & spa. Outdoor lounging, covered dining areas, game area, star gazing by the fire pit. We are located 1 mile from river crossing, 5 mins from town, 10 mins from Garner. Beautiful sunsets and view of the hills, also hiking. Each cabin has queen bed, full loft, full futon couch, covered porches. We also love our guests’ fur babies!

Little Blue Cabin

Enjoy the beautiful views of the Texas hill country, cool off in the Frio River and gaze into the bright starry nights! The Little Blue Cabin is located in the rural countryside approximately 15 minutes from Leakey, Tx. If you're looking for a cozy peaceful place to stay, then this is it! We have a (semi) private river access that is aprox. 1/2 mile away, where you can park and enjoy the beautiful Frio! Garner State Park - 30 min Lost Maples SNA - 45 min Fredericksburg, Tx - 1.5hr

PJ's Hideaway

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Hilltop River Hideaway

Experience the magic of Lost Maples and the brilliant fall colors of the Hill Country. Tiny House on the Frio is a cozy get-away situated in the Frio Canyon on five acres in the spectacular Texas Hill Country and less than 100 yards walking distance to private Frio River frontage. The perfect setting for adult couples only, that want to get away for a peaceful and quiet stay away from the crowds. Located five miles north of Leakey, fifteen minutes from Garner State Park, thirty-six miles away from Lost Maples State Park and 82 miles to Fredricksburg.

River House #1

Vacation home for your family to getaway from it all. Enjoy the amazing wildlife and bird watching any time of year along this part of the river. The Frio River is spring fed, cool and refreshing great for kayaking, tubing, swimming, fishing, or just hanging out with friends and family. Nearby restaurants, stores, antique shops and museums are fun to explore. Year round Frio River vacation homes are perfect to accommodate large or small groups.

Relaxing Cabin on the Sabinal River

The Cabin is an acre located right on the beautiful Sabinal River with access to 600 feet of riverbank and easy walk into town. Architect designed, the cabin has high ceilings and lots of glass to bring the outdoors in. Relax in the hammock underneath gigantic cypress trees. Enjoy the sunset while the deer come through the yard and fireflies dance. We have two bedrooms on the ground level with a small loft (single bed) above the bedrooms.
